Taxonomic Hierarchy
Taxonomy
Taxonomy is a science of biological classification which helps to identify organisms and organise them into groups with the similar characteristics. These groups are called taxa. Some taxonomic systems organise organisms into taxa based on phylogeny while other organise organisms based on their similar characteristics. Phylogeny is the connections between all groups of organisms just like by ancestor or descendant relationships.
